- The Olde San Francisco Creamery is awesome. They have something called the “Kitchen Sink” which is kind of ridiculous. 8 scoops of ice cream, up to 8 toppings, whipped cream, bananas and cherries.
With the 3 of us, we managed to eat over half… so I’d consider it a success. But I feel like throwing up. From ice cream. It’s ice cream, it shouldn’t be painful! :( Also, this was on Man vs. Food. I already feel fat from eating 1/3rd of one of these things, I can’t imagine how the Man vs. Food guy even manages to survive.
Starcraft 2. I waited a year and a half. I was scared of what it could do. Then my cousin goes and gets me this, and I beat the campaign in two days. Sigh. On another note, it’s real cold at home. Not quite so outdoors (at least a ten degree difference from inside our house to the outdoors) but it’s fun to remain inside, close the curtains and just convince yourself that you’re somewhere snowy and cold for winter. I’m so moving out of California further on in life.

And then this episode was just solid. Christmas time, everybody!
I realized that the last time I posted was about a LOTR extended marathon. Which was only about 4 months ago or… something, I dunno and I don’t care exactly when. But I thought it was a year ago. Time does fly!
… Anyways so like I deleted like the LOTR extended Blu-ray 1080p files (like 3 of them) because like I kind of wanted like my 80 gigabytes back.
So yeah, don’t ever try to convince yourself that getting the extended LOTR movies is a good idea. Also, I never watched that third one, extended version. And I don’t think I’m missing out on anything.
Aren’t we all “creatures of habit”? Don’t “old habits die hard”? How many more sayings say the exact same thing, but in a different way?
Maybe if we all learned our lessons the first time, then we things’ll be different. New beginnings! Better, brighter futures and tomorrows! Real change, change we can believe in! Yes we can!
And then we fall for the trap again. ”The more things change, the more they stay the same.” Did things really change? Was it really change we can believe in? Was this all pointless? Did we make any net, positive gains… real gains that are different than what would have transpired had we taken a different path?

… Shoot, what type of things did I write about before? Did I try to make funnies, or something? Geez, I don’t even remember any more. Guess things really did change.
I don’t know how I sat through that movie the first time. Maybe the extended versions really are ridiculously more drawn out, or maybe they only extended the non-interesting parts for some ridiculous reason.
but… only 4 hours left to go! Next week. I believe this counts as a failure in terms of a marathon, though. Never heard of quitting halfway through a marathon and then picking it back up later. That’s like running 20 miles, and then going to sleep, then running the last 6 some other time. UNACCEPTABLE?!?! Whatever man, it’s LOTR extended. Have a heart.
Never really felt inclined to, I guess. But since I’ve moved my computer far, far away (the living room) and am resigned to my laptop, I’m kept away from my usual responsibilities. … You know, watching tv shows, chatting online, playing games. That kind of responsibility. No, just kidding. Really, I’m kidding.
So we planned a LOTR extended movie marathon tomorrow… yeah. Let’s see how that turns out. I might pull the trigger and just put on something else after the first movie (killing the spirit of a marathon) just to save our souls. But um, yeah, so … I’ve been good. How have you been, tumblr?
